Guided Walk - Black Mountain Range Walk

A guided walk in the Brecon Beacons.  This breath-taking walk exploring the less visited parts of the Brecon Beacons National Park takes us through the Black Mountain range which includes a climb up to the highest peak Fan Brycheiniog and the stunning glacial lakes Llyn y Fan Fach & Llyn y Fan Fawr. Arguably the most beautiful areas of the Beacons. 

You will be expertly guided by your qualified mountain leader who will also share local knowledge, flora and fauna facts and even some folklore along the way. 

After reaching the 802m peak of Fan Brycheiniog, you are rewarded with one of the most exceptional vistas. Even the final section of this 23km hike is noteworthy, one of the best high level paths in the area.

Fitness Level - a good level of fitness is required for this full day, varied terrain hike.
